A nice place to stay in downtown Champain.
Positive: The location was very good, close to a lot of downtown places. Parking was good and included.
Negative: Had an issue with the A/C unit drip pan overflowing through the bathroom ceiling and onto the floor. Maintenance had to come at 10:30 PM to fix the issue only to have it reappear the following morning. It did get fixed but was a little inconvenient.
